Recently, the deputy director-general of Qiu Zhangquan and his party went to Ningde City and Xiapu County to carry out the province's marine economic survey and the special research on promoting fishery production.

In order to fully understand and supervise the development of the first marine economic survey in Ningde city, promote the growth of fishery production, the compilation of the municipal accounting scheme of marine gross product and the progress of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" marine economic innovation and development demonstration project, the deputy director-general of Qiu Zhangquan led relevant comrades from the maritime economy department and the evaluation center to Ningde marine and fishery bureau and Xiapu County to carry out the province's marine economic survey and the special research work on promoting fishery production.

The special investigation and supervision adopted a combination of centralized discussion, on-site report and spot check of materials, and formed a consensus on the on-site answers to the difficulties and problems generally reflected in the first survey work, we will collect and sort out the common problems that cannot be solved at the moment and give centralized feedback.
